Are you a licensed real estate agent looking to make extra income?
CrestCore Realty and Property Management is looking for real estate agents with an active real estate license to find renters to fill our residential properties. We have a need to add a Leasing Agent who has current knowledge of the Memphis rental market, who is fast paced, and has strong people skills.
This is a 1099 position (commission only) and our 1099 agents will be paid when the applicant has completed our renter application process, security deposit, first month’s rent, and moved into the property.
The commission is 30% of the target monthly rent if the leasing agent finds the leads and proceeds through the rest of the steps in our application system to successfully place the applicant in their new home.
